His head span slightly, but to his surprise, he didn't really mind climbing the building as much as he thought he would. Aigryus felt for his bow and his quiver of arrows, which were still there. The mouse crept forwards, and stopped, surprised. The battle had ended here. And unless Redwallers had been the ones who had killed all these crows, which Aigryus highly doubted, he had no idea who had done this. He strung his bow, and all his senses alert, he walked silently towards what he was almost sure were Maycall, Feddit, and another creature. Her friend's breathing was very shallow, but the squirrelmaid intended to get her to the infirmary as soon as possible. First however, she checked for any fatal wounds, and to her surprise, found none. Feddit had been clawed, bitten, scratched, and a lot of her wounds were deep, but it was actually due to her loss of blood and fatigue that had made her unconscious. Not that that was surprising. It was a miracle the peregrine falcon had even survived against the crows, who were so great in numbers. Maycall was thankful that the mysterious black bird had come when he or she had (she still couldn't figure out whether the bird was a girl or a boy, though she had a hunch that he was a boy). She heard some one clear their throat, and she turned around. The strange bird thingyed his head towards some one else standing close by; it was Aigryus! "Hey Aigryus!" When the bird thingyed its head towards his direction, and cleared its throat, Aigryus brought his eyes to Maycall, and Feddit. "Hey Aigryus!" He smiled, and walked over. "Hey. Are you and Feddit alright?" OOC: You should create a new character, and actually start roleplaying with the mysterious black bird that no one except you knows anything about . I think I might, thanks for the idea! BIC: "I'm fine... but Feddit's unconscious. She's got some pretty serious wounds, and she's bleeding a lot, but she should be alright if I get her to the Infirmary in time. Are you alright though?" Maycall thought she saw a flicker of movement from behind, and she turned around. The black bird had moved slightly, and was now moving his wings, as if he was about to fly away. "Wait! Don't go, please. Can you, er- can you stay for at least a while?" The bird stared at her, betraying none of his thoughts or emotions. After a few seconds, he settled down, and closed his eyes.
