Quickly, he grabbed Dannblood's arm, using the young squirrel as a ladder, but also trying to reach his neck. Arrowbrush, who was fighting in ithe middle of the vermin, yelled, "Look oot!" BIC: Ephriam stabbed his opponent and whirled quickly only to suffer a shallow cut to his chest. He narrowly blocked another blow aimed at his neck and ran his elbow into the stomach of the attacker. Suddenly he saw the vermin scramble onto Dann's back and echoed Arrowbrush's cry. Unfortunatly he wasn't close enough to do anything. He bounded forward only to be met by an evil looking rat. There was a pop as his arm went back into place. Dannblood realised that when he thought the fox broke his arm, it really just dislocated it. Dann gave his arm a tug and got it free from the weasel. Scarlet made it for me! BIC: The vermin band was down to fifteen, but they had reinforcements. Roaring and snarling, another fourscore vermin joined their comrades. Arrowbrush smote her forehead, then let out a thunderous cry, "SQUIRREL BAND AHOY!!" If her cry was loud, the reply was like a whole thunderstorm. "SQUUIIRRELL BANND AHOY!!!" They couldn't 95 vermin with only three beasts. This was getting out of paw. Then as Arrowbrush's cry summonded her own reinforcements Ephriam felt a weight lifted. They where still out numbered but atleast it was a little more even. Heaving his javeling out of the vermin he had first struck down he charged back into the new vermin blocking a blow with his javelin and slaying a fox with a quick slice to the throat. He saw Dannblood take several vermin and turned to Arrowbrush. She was fairing fine, more than fine actually. The rest of her squirrels where wreaking havoc as well as any badger. Ephriam whirled around as he heard a growl behind him and quickly saved himslef from a painful stab to the shoulder by twisting away and slicing his attackers ear off. "It may be a good idea. Can you run fast?" He said with a hint of teasing in his voice. "I'll get Arrowbrush. It would be better to choose the battle ground than stand here being swarmed with vermin." With this statement he finished off his attacker and began to make his way steadily toard Arrowbrush.
